This venue was great for me and my dog, with a convenient location within walking distance to everywhere I needed to go, plus being close to the motorway; the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always available.

I specifically booked a disabled room with wheelchair access. I even confirmed by e mail a few weeks before. When we arrived we were told our room was upsatirs and there was no elevator. We were then told by the totally unhelpful receptionist that there were no other disabled rooms available, when I insisted that we could not get upstairs she eventually gave me the keys to a twin room. When we arrived we could just get into the room with the wheelchair but that was it,. I returned to reception and asked for another room, the receptionist just shrugged her shoulders and said I think 'that is all there is'she was totally not bothered and only seemed interested in closing reception. My wife could not get into the bathroom and I had to wash her and clean her teeth in the chair which is not acceptable. I am utterly disgusted with the treatment of a disabled person. I will never stay with Camponile anywhere in the uk or abroad.

The staff was affable and welcoming during our entire stay. the twin room was well-equipped with a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and a TV. - the location was unbeatable, situated next to Campanile's restaurant, France, and the autoroute.

The room I stayed in was clean and quiet, and it had air conditioning.

As foreign tourists, we appreciated the convenient location right off the highway and the free on-site parking. the room, although standard size, was clean and had a spacious desk. the restaurant on-site was a plus for a quick and easy meal. it served as a well-executed motorist stopover motel.

the location right on the autoroute was incredibly convenient for us, as we were able to easily find it and get back on the road the next morning. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, making our check-in process quick and efficient. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with three beds available - perfect for our family. Lastly, we enjoyed a satisfying breakfast at the hotel before hitting the road again.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and everything met our expectations.
